  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Partial use of a listing or promotional period
    • Incorrect information submitted by the business owner
    • Removal or suspension due to policy violations

Exception:
If a technical error or system issue prevents activation of a paid service, we will investigate and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

2. Listing Cancellation

  • Businesses may cancel their listings at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
  • The listing may remain visible until the end of the paid term unless removed for policy violations.

3. Upgrade Policy

  • Businesses can upgrade their listing plan at any time.
  • When upgrading:
    • The new plan takes effect immediately
    • Only the price difference between the current and upgraded plan will be charged (prorated where applicable)
  • Upgraded features (such as priority placement, featured badges, or enhanced visibility) are activated once payment is confirmed.

4. Downgrades

  • Downgrades can be requested but will take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for downgrades made during an active billing period.

5. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • In case of failed payments, services may be paused or downgraded automatically.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary suspension of listings until resolved.

6. Changes to Pricing or Plans

OmanBusinessFinder reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing, features, or listing plans
  • Introduce new packages or promotional offers

Any changes will not affect already active paid periods.
